Product Management Senior Advisor, Network Solutions - Cigna Healthcare - Remote

Position Summary

As a Product Management Senior Advisor, you will manage and support the suite of medical network products available to Cigna Healthcare clients and customers. The Product Management Senior Advisor will be responsible for the management of existing medical network products and will serve as the expert supporting sales and operational readiness. This person will work closely with matrix partners across the enterprise—including Sales, Contracting, Marketing, Pricing/Finance, Operations, Analytics, Go‑to‑Market, Compliance and Legal, and external partners when appropriate. You will provide high‑level support to clients, internal teams, and other partners by resolving product issues, analyzing trends, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of health insurance operations, sales support, performance analytics and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Govern holistic network solution suite maintenance, including sales support, sales readiness, marketing, RFPs, training, reporting, and management of resource libraries on KnowledgeXchange.
  • Triage product issues and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, track product performance, and assess ROI.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support product positioning, demos, collateral development, and training.
  • Support go‑to‑market strategies, including messaging, value propositions, and segmentation.
  • Translate product capabilities into sales‑friendly language and customer‑facing materials.
  • Gather customer and market feedback from Sales teams and convert it into actionable product improvements.
  • Align product features and roadmaps with marketing strategies to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to bring insights from local markets into the management of marketing assets to effectively showcase solution benefits.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and training materials for internal and external use; proactively identify gaps in existing content.
  • Drive collaboration across matrixed teams, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of key product initiatives.
  • Support new product and network launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance or healthcare industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, sales support, marketing, or a related field.
  • Organizational acumen to drive execution across multiple work efforts; demonstrated success delivering and managing several initiatives while remaining detail‑oriented and on time.
  • Versatile and collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate issues and solutions, navigate a matrixed environment, and maintain a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into action.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate data sets and summarize key findings into a clear narrative.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong business acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
