Product Management Lead Analyst

The Product Management Lead Analyst is responsible for the oversight of multiple processes, resources and tools that support the Regulated Markets (RM) Division.  Regulated Markets include support provided to Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace and Commercial lines of business subject to state and federal regulatory requirements * within Evernorth. Specifically, the Lead Analyst will be responsible for the management of several databases, SharePoint sites, and their associated workflows in order to support the day-to-day operations of RM and other cross-functional teams.   

Essential Functions:

  • Manage, maintain, and oversee the Regulated Markets Information Request site (GPIR), which enables internal partners and client-facing teams to submit questions to subject matter experts across Regulated Markets.
  • Provide oversight, data integrity, and administrative support for the Shared Pipeline Online Tracker (SPOT), a long-standing Regulated Markets resource used to initiate and track approximately 200 technology project requests annually.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Regulated Markets Capability Resource site, which houses critical information on RM products and corresponding business owners, ensuring accurate routing of regulatory guidance and inquiries.
  • Own and manage the Regulated Markets regulatory database in ServiceNow, which stores all Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and pharmacy-related guidance reviewed by RM and cross-functional partners.
  • Assist and contribute to SharePoint usability and functionality.
  • Plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in product management, operations, or business analysis.
  • Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Tableau, or other data organization and visualization platforms.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of organization and interpersonal skills; flexibility to adapt to change and multitask across assignments.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines in complex situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Word.

*Regulated Markets includes Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace and Commercial lines of business.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,000 - 125,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
