The role partners closely with Product, Procurement, Account Management, and IT. The role plays a key part in protecting margin integrity, minimizing operational risk, and enabling scalable growth of the 340B program.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reference price discounts and ensure timely updates outside of standard release cycles.
  • Govern drug exclusion and inclusion frameworks.
  • Lead Alternative Replenishment drug list operations, including Direct Replenishment, claims-only clients, and client-specific custom lists.
  • Produce and support recurring and ad hoc analytical reporting related to gross margin, volume, payer impacts, replenishment activity, and program performance.
  • Serve as the primary operational SME for cross-functional partners, responding to escalations, client-specific requests, and aged lookback reprocessing needs.
  • Partner with IT to troubleshoot DDA system issues and support enhancements or process improvements.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs governing complex drug list, pricing, exclusion, QA, and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant professional experience supporting product, operations, pricing, analytics, or program management functions.
  • Strong Excel proficiency with experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying tools to support NDC‑level or claim‑level analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of change with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Ability to independently prioritize work, manage deadlines, and execute with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to operate as a trusted subject matter expert and escalation point.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • Experience supporting 340B, specialty pharmacy, or complex pricing programs.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and operationalizing SOP documentation.
  • Experience partnering cross‑functionally within a large, matrixed organization.
