Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the product management team
• Handle resellers’ / customers’ inquiries, both in email and via telephone, written & verbal
• Handle logistics / order processing duties,
• Coordinate / communicate with resellers’ logistics team for inquiries, problem-solving
• Handle other administrative support to Product Managers, in events, campaigns, reporting, documentation and other data processing duties when necessary.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business administration, IT industry ideal but not a must
• 1–2 years of working experience in customer support, service support, ideally in the IT / Technical industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal & written.
• Good command of Chinese & English, both written and oral
• Good knowledge and skills in MS Excel, e.g. pivot table, V-Look Up, namely
• High sensitivity to numbers, good attention to details
• Problem-solving skill sets and mindset, able to work independently as well as a good team player
