RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Responsible for structural design, improvement, and standardization of products such as butterfly valves, ball valves, balancing valves, with a focus on stainless steel valves used in liquid cooling systems.
- Complete product selection, material selection, 3D modeling (Inventor), and output of engineering drawings based on project requirements.
- Perform structural calculations, strength checks, flow resistance analysis, and reliability optimization for key valve components (valve body, valve seat, valve stem, seals, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, including: BOM, technical specifications, design changes (ECN), test standards (DVP), assembly drawings, and technical process requirements.
- Provide technical support for product prototype trials, track tests (pressure resistance, sealing, lifespan, torque, flow, etc.), and promote design optimization.
- Develop valve design input requirements based on application scenarios (liquid cooling, HVAC, etc.), ensuring products comply with relevant national/industry standards (such as GB, ASME, ISO, DIN).
- Support the procurement team in supplier development and technical evaluation, and participate in sampling and quality control of castings, forgings, and machined parts.
- Assist the quality, production, and after-sales teams in resolving technical issues during valve production and at customer sites.
- Participate in cost optimization (VAVE) projects, promoting structural optimization and material substitution.
