Estimated annual base pay: $77,000 (minimum) - $100,000 (midpoint) - $123,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Test Plans: Designs and implements comprehensive test strategies to evaluate product functionality and performance against specifications.
Execute Testing Procedures: Conducts systematic testing activities to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze Test Data: Interprets test results to assess product reliability and recommends appropriate improvements.
Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Works closely with design and development teams to resolve technical issues and enhance product quality.
Provide Technical Support: Offers informal guidance and assistance to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and team effectiveness.

Successful candidates typically have:
4year Bachelors BS OR 8+ years equivalent experience.
Aerospace or similar lab testing experience.
Experience with mechanical vibration theory and testing, particularly with electrodynamic shakers is a plus.
Experience with environmental, structural, HALT/HASS, or vibration testing.
Data acquisition, control system, and operator interface/HMI programming experience (LabVIEW, Veristand, MTS, GAP, or similar preferred).
Experience with automated test controls and/or mechanical test system designs.
Experience with electrical wiring or circuit schematic design.
Experience with hydraulics or fluid power systems.
