As a Product Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving product ideation, development, and delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure high-quality product increments that align with business goals and customer needs.

Lead product backlog management, including prioritization, refinement, and alignment with product vision
Author and manage user stories, spikes, and backlog items with clear acceptance criteria and sizing
Facilitate story reviews and ensure teams are prepared for sprint planning
Collaborate with Scrum teams (engineering, QA, UX, Scrum Master) to deliver high-value product increments
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions during daily Scrum activities
Identify and remove product-related blockers to support team delivery
Partner with stakeholders (internal teams, end-users, global teams) to gather and prioritize requirements
Participate in product demos and continuously iterate based on feedback
Support global and remote team collaboration, fostering clear communication and alignment
Drive continuous improvement through Agile retrospectives and process enhancements
Provide regular reporting and updates to product leadership
Contribute to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards within the team
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in software development within Agile/Scrum environments
Proven experience in backlog management, user story creation, and requirements elicitation
Experience facilitating requirements workshops and design sessions
Strong knowledge of product development tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, MS Office Suite)
Experience identifying and troubleshooting software features and issues
Exposure to mobile application development (preferred)
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams
Fluent in English
