Job Description

Accountable for the end-to-end orchestration and execution of the product rollout process. The role leads product ideation via co-creation of rollout plans and requirements with Customer-Facing Units (CFUs) to ensure every launch is strategically aligned, operationally sustainable, and delivers stable, high-quality customer experiences and services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-create the Rollout Requirements Document (RRD) during the product ideation phase, partnering closely with Customer-Facing Units (CFUs) to ensure product rollout plans are aligned with the overall product strategy.

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end product rollout process, synchronizing technical workstreams with business launch requirements to ensure seamless end-to-end execution for the assigned portfolio.

  • Partner with Product Assurance to serve as the steward of production health, validating that all products and systems meet operational readiness standards before launch.

  • Proactively manage the product rollout landscape, identifying and mitigating complex cross-system dependencies and risks that could impact the speed or quality of delivery.

  • Facilitate continuous alignment between business owners and technical teams, serving as the functional authority for rollout prioritization, trade-off discussions, and roadmap synchronization, together with the Product Manager Lead.

KPIs:

  • Launch Schedule Precision - Measures ability to manage dependencies and predict timelines accurately.

  • Post-Launch Stability Rate - Measures the quality of the technical-business alignment and the readiness of the RRD.

  • Roadmap Adherence Rate - Ensures the Product rollouts are aligned with strategic priorities.

TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:

  • Rollout Requirements Documents: Product rollout blueprints created in partnership with CFUs during ideation.

  • Operational Readiness Sign-off: Verified documentation (with Product Assurance) confirming system health and stability.

  • Prioritized Master Product Rollout Schedule: Business-aligned calendar of all launches for assigned products.

  • Post-Implementation Health Reports: Performance analysis of rollout success and production stability.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product manage, GTM  execution, or project orchestration.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize technical status into business-relevant updates.

  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to prioritizing the rollout pipeline.
