About this role:
The Product Director within Gartner Product Management (GPM) plays a key role in developing and enhancing Gartner’s product solutions, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients and drive measurable business impact.
This Product Director role - within Tech Services and Invest product - will focus on product development and product management for clients in two distinct client groups - Tech Services (e.g. Consulting firms) and Buy-side/Sell-side investment firms (e.g. Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity) – that leverage Gartner’s unique insights to inform their business decisions and help them serve their clients better.
In this role, the Product Director defines the overall product vision and manage the product roadmap, launches new products and features, tracks progress and drives financial impact. They are a product leader who is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand customer needs, identifying innovations, and prioritizing product enhancements. This is a highly visible role with exposure to Gartner’s senior leaders across the entire Gartner organization.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 120,000 USD - 167,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
