Your Role: Product Director

We’re looking for a Product Director to lead the global strategy, evolution, and adoption of Merkle Arc. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll own the product vision, drive commercial success, and shape how global brands deliver cutting-edge digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

·       10+ years in senior roles across digital product management, platform engineering, unified commerce, or enterprise consulting.

·       Proven ability to scale a digital product or accelerator commercially across multiple regions.

·       Strong experience managing or collaborating with nearshore/offshore engineering and delivery teams.

·       Commercially driven, with a strong track record in revenue growth, pricing, and enterprise deal shaping.

·       Deep understanding of headless architectures, composable commerce, and design systems.

·       Experience in global matrix organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes.

·       Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Nice-to-Have

·       Experience with MACH, Next.js, Vercel, Storybook, Figma, or major CMS/commerce platforms.

·       Background in luxury, retail, or omnichannel commerce.

·       Experience defining or scaling a repeatable delivery model for digital products.
