As a Product Designer in our Business Customer Department, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and research partners to solve complex design challenges. This role offers a strong opportunity to grow your craft by owning end-to-end B2B product flows and internal tools in a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment. You will help translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear, intuitive experiences that enable confident decision-making for business customers and efficient workflows for internal teams.

Design, refine, and iterate on onboarding and product application flows for business customers, with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and internal subject-matter experts to deliver impactful, high-quality design solutions.
Leverage user research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and continuous improvement.
Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and reuse across products.
Actively participate in team rituals and contribute to a culture of shared ownership, openness, and collaboration.
First 3 Months
Become fully embedded in the design team and cross-functional setup, establishing clear communication and collaboration routines.
Actively participate in team rituals and design processes to build trust and shared understanding.
First 6 Months
Deliver well-structured, end-to-end onboarding and product application flows for business customers in close alignment with product and development teams.
Document assumptions and hypotheses, and work closely with research partners to validate and refine design decisions.
First 12 Months
Contribute meaningfully to one or more major feature releases or flow improvements that reach production.
Demonstrate strong domain understanding by translating complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
Actively support UX maturity across product teams by applying critical thinking and showing proactive design leadership.
{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [
3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, ideally within B2B products or regulated environments.
Proven experience designing complex, multi-step user flows and translating them into intuitive digital experiences.
Strong proficiency in Figma, FigJam or Miro, prototyping tools, and hands-on experience working with design systems.
Comfortable collaborating in environments using Jira and Confluence, with a solid understanding of accessibility standards.
Fluent German and professional-level English skills.
Strong analytical thinking, a clear sense of ownership, and the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and compliance requirements.
