• User-Centered Design: Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and effective experiences that address customer needs while supporting business goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality product experiences. Actively participate in design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional discussions.
• Problem-Solving: Support the identification of user problems and opportunities by leveraging research, data, and feedback. Explore multiple design solutions and iterate based on insights and constraints.
• Design Consistency: Contribute to maintaining a consistent and high-quality experience across web and mobile platforms by following design systems, patterns, and established best practices.
• Iteration & Testing: Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data. Help refine solutions to improve usability, clarity, and visual quality.
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in product design, UX design, or a related role, with experience shipping digital products in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Design Craft: Solid skills in UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. Comfortable working through design problems from concept to delivery with guidance.
• User & Data Awareness: Experience using research insights, usability testing, and data to inform and improve design decisions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions. Open to feedback and eager to learn from peers and stakeholders.
• Execution Mindset: Able to manage assigned work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality design output with attention to detail.
• Growth-Oriented: Motivated to develop your design craft, product thinking, and impact over time, with openness to coaching and feedback.
