About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Delivery Lead - Lead Technology Business Services Consultant that partners closely with the Product Teams to ensure customer-focused solutions are delivered seamlessly using agile practices and Cyber Product Delivery guidelines. PDL supports intake and prioritization processes, facilitates planning, and ensures readiness for delivery. PDLs are responsible for coordinating technology-related and change management activities, measuring product outcomes, maintaining accurate product registry records, ensuring compliance with change management processes, and supporting the development and maintenance of product roadmaps.
In this role, you will:
Product Planning & Delivery
- Partner with the Product Manager(s) and team to execute against Cyber Product Delivery guidelines. PDLs should be well versed in the guidelines and able to help PM train their team, ensuring consistency throughout the organization. PDLs should provide feedback on adaptability and usability of the guidelines and areas of improvements over time.
- Product Meetings serves as a forum to ensure near-term and high priority deliverables are on track. PDLs should partner with PM(s) to provide view of target delivery date, communication plan, user engagement, where applicable, dependencies, and/or impediments that require escalation. PDLs should capture clear notes and follow-ups from the meeting and ensure closure of open items.
Facilitate product planning and manage roadmap
- Establish planning calendar (PI Planning) and conduct stand-up meetings to ensure the team stays aligned and focused on Product goals and delivery and maintain accuracy of 6 Quarter Roadmap. Ensure that the roadmap is represented by epics in Jira and facilitate annual budget and planning cycle in partnership with Cyber Product Office.
Product Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Cybersecurity requirements and control procedures and Ent. Change Risk Management policy. Partner with Product Team to facilitate monthly Cabinet Meeting or Steerco Meeting; document and update Registry as necessary, including updating new joiners.
- Partner with the Change Initiative Manager to ensure Change Events are created and maintained for change delivered by their product(s).
Operational Efficiency & Financial Support
- Determine or provide variance explanations regarding capacity actuals vs forecast, and act as SMEs for their area for Time Tracking.
- Manage non-labor expenditures with alignment to product goals and strategic roadmap.
- Support compliance with capacity forecasting and CTB/RTB ratio alignment to investment plans.
Partnership and Collaboration
- Engage partners and stakeholders, as needed, to support Product delivery.
- Hold partners and stakeholders accountable on deliverables and open items.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Cybersecurity and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) delivery support and execution.
- Prior experience working in a product environment and with Agile methodology.
- Prior experience with product tools such as Jira and Registry.
- Proven self-motivated leader comfortable operating in large transformational programs as part of collaborative teams.
- Ability to quickly adapt in complex environment(s) to facilitate key conversations that drive quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with senior management, peers, and team members to drive an initiative to completion.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work as a member of a broader team, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Organizational courage and willingness to make tough, informed decisions and thoughtfully share independent perspectives
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to translate ambiguous ideas/issues into well-defined plans/solutions with a track-record for delivering results.
- Effective communicator, both orally and in writing, able to ask well-crafted questions and present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, and a good listener who promotes creative thinking and teamwork.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
