As a Product Asset Manager, you will sit at the heart of this ecosystem, coordinating between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of product and order strategies. This is a fixed-term position for 1 year.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will manage product assets and supplier engagements while owning the customer interface across forecasting, orders, and escalations:
Product & Supplier Management
Managing and developing supplier relationships to support customer demand
Handling new orders, reorders, and actively pushing/expediting orders to ensure on-time delivery
Maintaining and continuously improving purchase orders (PO) including amendments, EOL/NCNR checks, and pricing negotiations
Acting as the key liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal resources
Sales Escalations & Support
Managing sales escalations related to delivery, quality, or supply issues
Providing backend ownership in Order-to-Invoice quality processes such as corrective actions and Field Quality Reports
Maintaining Perfect Order Index (POI), inventory integrity, and margin excellence
Coordinating credit and financial information with all support functions
Forecasting & Demand Planning
Handling a high volume of forecasting and demand/forecast management
Driving improvements in existing orders through data analysis and scenario planning
Managing supply chain programs (e-Compass, Consignments, CARES) within approved account strategy
Capturing and selling opportunities via synergistic products, reverse logistics & ITAD
Continuous Improvement
Pushing enhancements to order content, supplier performance, and service levels
Troubleshooting complex customer problems with engineering and operations teams
Making informed sales decisions based on market landscape
Who We’re Looking For
Professionals with experience in:
Product asset or supply chain coordination
Supplier management and order execution
Forecasting, PO maintenance, and escalations
Customer interface in quality & financial processes
Key competencies:
Strong communication — fluent English mandatory
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally & externally
Problem solving and independent initiative
Time management and Microsoft Office proficiency
Knowledge of competitive market dynamics
