Product & Application Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Drive technical team to define best application and product solutions to the customers (Automotive market).
• Driving customer's voice through direct interaction and relationship building.  
• Identifying and building on team strengths, including coaching, mentoring, and development.  
• Promoting technical collaboration across divisions and influencing local and global peers.  
• Serving as technical liaison to project, sales, manufacturing and purchasing teams.
• Performing analysis based on automotive industry trends linking to new technologies, products and platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position or a related role.
• Fluent English
• Customer-Facing Technical Communication
• Automotive Technical & Market Awareness
• Technical Leadership & Team Coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate Spanish
• Experience working with project management software.
