Position Summary
Join a high‑impact Product Strategy organization responsible for strengthening product decisions through customer insight, market intelligence, and performance analytics across Cigna’s Supplemental Health Solutions (SHS) portfolio, including Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and emerging employee‑paid solutions.
The Product & Innovation Advisor plays a critical role in enabling value‑driven, consumer‑centric product decisions by embedding data, research, and insights throughout the product lifecycle. This role partners closely with Marketing, Pricing, Data Analytics, Operations, and Sales to inform innovation priorities, support go‑to‑market execution, and ensure products deliver meaningful value once in market.
This position is ideal for a highly analytical, insight‑driven product professional who excels at translating complex information into clear, decision‑ready recommendations that accelerate product success.
