As a Product Analyst at Healia Health, you will support data-informed decision making across our growing employee benefits platform. Working alongside senior analysts and cross-functional partners, you will help surface trends, build dashboards, and translate data into clear, actionable insights. This is an ideal role for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is an in person role (5 days/week in office) based in Columbus, OH.

Β Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Query, clean, and analyze datasets to surface trends, patterns, and business insights across our platform
- Visualization & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key metrics clearly to internal stakeholders
- KPI Tracking: Help monitor performance indicators across product, operations, and customer success β flagging anomalies and changes over time
- User & Product Behavior Analysis: Support analysis of application usage and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Product Analytics: Assist the product team by tracking feature adoption and helping quantify the impact of product changes
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to analytical requests from across the business, translating questions into structured, well-documented analyses
- Reporting Infrastructure: Help maintain and improve automated reporting solutions as the business scales
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights
πΒ You'll Be Successful in This Role If You...
- Have 0β3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field β internship and academic project experience welcome
- Have experience analyzing data using SQL, R, Python and/or BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
- Communicate clearly and can translate analytical findings into plain-language takeaways for non-technical stakeholders
- Are detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and clean, reproducible work
- Are self-motivated and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment
- Collaborate well across teams and enjoy working through problems with others
βΒ Bonus Points
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
- Prior internship or work experience at a startup or growth-stage company
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits
- Background in statistics, economics, mathematics, or another quantitative field
- Experience with behavioral analytics or user journey analysis
