The Role:

The Producer role sits within the Creative Studio and spearheads in-house, external, and overseas productions. The role works closely with the Art Director and the Head of Creative Studio Operations to deliver creative projects on time and within budget, with a strong awareness of current trends, artists, and talent.

With exceptional attention to detail and organisation, the individual manages the full life cycle of content creation, across multiple shoots, building and maintaining budgets, shot lists, running order of days, pre and post timelines, call sheets, and critical paths while ensuring full visibility across platforms (Asana). 

Acting as the key point of contact, it ensures clear communication across all internal teams, sharing schedules, managing expectations, and keeping all stakeholders aligned and updated. 

From inception to completion, the role oversees the administrative side of content production, including signing off each budget with Art Director and the Head of Creative Studio Operations, overseeing the Studio Coordinator in raising POs, maintaining accurate invoice trackers, and being responsible for monthly financial reconciliation of the cost centre, with the Head of Creative Ops and Finance.

Strong numeracy skills are essential for effective budget management and collaboration with finance and cash flow teams. 

A confident communicator with a calm, solutions-focused mindset, this person builds strong relationships, negotiates effectively, and ensures all logistical and creative elements are executed seamlessly, driving on-time delivery and successful content production outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with external providers to source, option, negotiate, and confirm: crew, locations, talent, hair and make-up, equipment, transport, set design, catering, retouchers, editing and grading, props/prop houses across shoots and brand events.
  • Manage the organisation, availability, selection, and communication of talent and crew across all shoots; collaborate with the wider team to review and agree hires.
  • Oversee casting processes with model agents, including reviewing packages, fittings, and agreeing pre-selections with the team.
  • Manage and negotiate all external supplier fees and contracts working closely with the Art Director; ensure contracts are tailored, include usage rights, and are reviewed with Legal, HR, and Head of Creative Ops as required.
  • Liaise with Legal and Facilities teams to ensure appropriate insurance coverage for each shoot (including personnel, equipment, product, and risk considerations).
  • Manage allocated budgets for each shoot, ensuring sign-off prior to commencement and delivery within budget; work closely with the Art Director and Head of Creative Ops.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Commercial Finance, handling monthly reconciliations, POs, payment requests, and budget closure per project. 
  • Oversee the Studio Coordinator on production administrative tasks, including raising POs, processing invoices via Rootline, maintaining invoice trackers, and ensuring suppliers are paid.
  • Create and communicate end-to-end production timelines (pre-production, production, and post-production), ensuring visibility across teams via Asana.
  • Develop scheduling plans and call sheets for each shoot, ensuring all crew and logistical requirements are considered, supported by Studio Coordinator. 
  • Organise all shoot logistics, including deliveries (equipment, catering, wardrobe, etc.) and stakeholder requirements, supported by Studio Coordinator. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for all shoot stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Oversee the overall management, smooth running, and timekeeping of shoots, ensuring efficiency and avoiding overtime, supported by Studio Coordinator. 
  • Manage post-production timelines, coordinating with external suppliers for editing, retouching, and final content delivery.
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time and in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Art Director on content planning, including usage rights, duration, and sample coordination, supported by Studio Coordinator. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Creative Studio team and Marketing & Communications.
