We are building a first-of-its-kind media arm inside a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company at a moment when brand, distribution, and industry authority are becoming the most durable competitive advantages in technology. Presence® Media is the engine behind that investment, and our YouTube channel is the centerpiece.
As the Producer / Editor, you are the production engine. You will shoot, edit, and ship two flagship weekly YouTube shows, build the short-form derivative pipeline that powers audience growth across every social platform, and produce the supporting video that fuels the broader Presence® Media calendar. You will work shoulder to shoulder with on-camera talent, the Director of Content Marketing & Media, and the broader marketing team to translate strategy into video that earns watch time and drives demand.
This is a hands-on production role. You need to love being on set, behind a camera, and inside an editing timeline. If you have built a YouTube channel, run a recurring show, or produced video that has earned real audiences and watch time on YouTube, this role is built for you.
You must have hands-on YouTube experience. This is non-negotiable. You have personally produced, shot, or edited content that lives on YouTube and has earned an audience there. You understand how YouTube actually works as a platform — retention curves, hooks, pacing, packaging, thumbnails, titles, end screens, and the difference between content that performs and content that disappears. Experience producing brand or marketing videos that happen to be uploaded to YouTube is not the same thing, and we will be able to tell the difference.
Produce, shoot, and edit weekly YouTube shows
Own pre-production: shot lists, run-of-show planning, guest prep, location and equipment logistics.
Run the camera and direct the shoot. Manage lighting, audio capture, and on-set continuity.
Own post-production: assembly, pacing, music, motion graphics, color, sound design, and final delivery.
Hit the publishing date every week. Treat the weekly cadence as a non-negotiable commitment.
Build and run the short-form derivative pipeline that turns each long-form episode into platform-native cuts for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Use AI-assisted clipping, transcription, and editing tools to scale short-form output without scaling headcount one-to-one.
Tailor cuts to the algorithmic and creative behavior of each platform rather than cross-posting the same asset everywhere.
Beyond the two flagship shows, produce and edit webinars, virtual events, executive thought leadership videos, Talent Network UGC, and event content.
Maintain consistent visual identity, pacing, and editorial quality across every format.
Direct on-camera talent — hosts, executives, real estate agents, and outside guests — to deliver compelling performances.
Establish and document the production workflows, asset management system, and AI-accelerated editing pipeline that allow Presence® Media to scale output.
Manage shoot prep, on-set protocols, post-production review cycles, and delivery standards.
Partner with freelance editors, motion designers, and production support as needed to extend capacity.
Hands-on YouTube experience is required. You have produced, shot, or edited content that has lived and performed on YouTube. You can point to channels, shows, or episodes and explain what you did and why it worked.
5 to 10 years in video production, content production, or creator-led environments.
Proven experience producing recurring video formats on a consistent weekly cadence — not one-off brand films or campaign videos.
Strong hands-on production fluency: camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and on-set direction. You are comfortable running a shoot without a large crew.
Strong post-production skills in industry-standard tools (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent), including pacing, motion graphics, color, and sound design.
Track record producing short-form social video for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with an understanding of how each platform actually behaves.
Experience using AI tools across the production pipeline — transcription, clipping, scripting assistance, edit assembly, thumbnail generation, asset tagging — and a clear point of view on where AI accelerates production.
Experience directing on-camera talent, including executives, creators, or guests who are not professional hosts.
A reel or portfolio that demonstrates strong YouTube editorial judgment, contemporary taste, and results.
You think like a creator, not a brand marketer. You care about retention, watch time, and what makes someone subscribe.
You are AI-forward. You actively use AI tools in your own production work and see AI-accelerated production as a core competitive advantage, not a nice-to-have.
You ship. Weekly publishing dates are commitments, not aspirations.
You are equally comfortable running a camera, sitting in an edit, and standing up a workflow.
You take full ownership of production outcomes, even when execution depends on talent, freelancers, and cross-functional partners.
You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and maintain velocity even when priorities shift.
