Job Description

The Corporate Trust Financial Management Analyst within our Centralized Disbursements team, supports the Global Corporate Trust business unit by executing a high volume of trust accounting transactions, including cash transfers and payment activity, in accordance with client instructions and governing legal documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely movement of cash across trust accounts while maintaining strict adherence to internal controls, regulatory expectations, and contractual requirements.

  • Experience in financial services, corporate trust, trust accounting, banking operations, or related back‑office functions
  • Hands‑on experience processing high‑volume financial transactions, including payments, transfers, or reconciliations
  • Familiarity with legal and financial documents such as trust agreements, bond indentures, or financing documents
  • Exposure to risk management, internal controls, and compliance‑focused environments
  • Comfort working with trust accounting, bond accounting, or similar financial systems
  • Experience collaborating with relationship managers, operations partners, or client‑facing teams

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong ability to analyze financial data and interpret complex documentation to determine accurate transaction timing and amounts
  • Advanced attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and resolve or escalate appropriately
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills and general proficiency navigating multiple systems and applications
  • Ability to follow formal procedures while applying judgment in non‑routine situations

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience
  • Less than two years of related experience

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21
