Major Duties:
Qualifications: GS-06: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manipulating data and assisting contract specialists in data management; 2) Using word processing and other types of software (spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc.) to process and produce a wide range of documents; and 3) Examining procurement/specification packages, for administrative or regulatory discrepancies, proper allocation of funds, and errors. **NOTE** This information must be supported by your resume in order to be considered for this position. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying practical knowledge of procurement procedures 2) Manipulating data for the purpose of data management, document development, or reporting requirements; 3) Identifying problems, research relevant information, and propose and implement solutions; and 4) Collecting vendor quotes/proposals according to competitive requirements and abstracts bid information.**NOTE** This information must be supported by your resume in order to be considered for this position. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
