DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/職務と責任
①より広範な領域・機能で購買サポートを提供する。
②購買申請者、ベンダー、サプライヤーと連携し、納品・請求が正確かつタイムリーであることを確認し、請求不一致がないようにする。
③注文品の受領を調整・追跡し、破損・交換品を強調し、在庫数を確認し、出荷状況を追跡する。
④注文・出荷・受領の不一致解決を補助する。
⑤ベンダー・アイテムリクエストマスターファイルを管理する。
⑥監査・コンプライアンス目的で購買書類を維持する。
⑦社内顧客や外部ベンダーと連携し、データ収集・質問対応・書類の正確性確認を行う。
