Position offers a starting salary range of $25/hr. - $32/hr. USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
Initiate NPM (Non-Production Material) purchase requisitions through SAP/cbFC.
Release new/revised NPM orders to vendors confirming delivery dates.
Ensure material is procured and delivered prior to chassis start date.
Review reports to ensure PO’s have been received accordingly.
Coordinate immediate action on past-due materials.
Provide regular updates regarding in-process shortages.
Monitor and update OMT notes with ESD, Tracking Information, etc.
Reconcile SAP/cbFC pricing discrepancies and goods receipt issues related to NPM purchases to ensure timely payment to vendors.
Maintain and support the CTS Parts Request on SharePoint.
Work with Sales Team to gather feedback and determine resolutions of problems concerning material called out in BOM’s.
Work with vendors on excess and return inventory through RMA process.
Work independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexity.
Knowledge You Should Bring
2–4 years of experience supporting procurement, materials planning, supply chain coordination, or purchasing operations in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment OR associate's degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, or a related field plus 1–2 years of hands-on procurement or materials experience
Working knowledge of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material planning processes, with the ability to proactively manage open requirements and delivery timelines
Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) to create, track, reconcile, and troubleshoot procurement transactions
Strong understanding of MRP concepts, including demand timing, lead times, shortages, and escalation of past-due materials
Demonstrated ability to identify issues, communicate risks, and drive closure with internal stakeholders and vendors
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, professional updates on material status and shortages
High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Ability to work independently within established policies, applying sound judgment to resolve problems of moderate scope and complexity
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Advanced proficiency in Excel (filters, lookups, pivot tables, basic data analysis)
Hands‑on experience with SAP/cbFC in a purchasing or materials role
Familiarity with manufacturing support systems such as IMS, Shoptech, OMT, or IQ Enterprise
Prior experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or high‑mix / time‑sensitive production environments
Experience managing vendor communication, delivery confirmations, pricing discrepancies, and RMA processes
