Team Description
The Procurement team is responsible for driving efficient, strategic, and value‑focused purchasing activities across the organization. We partner closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the company has access to the right products and services at the best possible value.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day procurement activities such as request processing, data entry, documentation tracking, and supplier follow‑up.
- Collect and prepare data for category analysis and basic category planning tasks.
- Assist in interactions with vendors, coordinating meetings and gathering required information.
- Maintain accurate and organized contractual and procurement documentation.
- Respond to internal customer inquiries regarding processes, status updates, and basic policy questions.
- Support initial cost‑savings or efficiency analysis by gathering spend or supplier information.
- Escalate issues appropriately to senior team members.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed (Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor management, or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or procurement tools (SAP / Coupa a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication skills.
