Procurement Specialist
Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia Full time Role Summary
- Manage the full Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle from placement to goods and invoice receipt
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant procurement activities
- Support sourcing, supplier management, and cost effectiveness while following company policies
Your Role
- Place and manage Purchase Orders in line with agreed commercial terms
- Ensure POs are clean and complete with correct documentation and drawings
- Manage open POs, delivery dates, and change orders to support MRP requirements
- Execute spot sourcing activities aligned with global sourcing strategies
- Resolve invoice and goods receipt discrepancies related to price or quantity
- Maintain and manage supplier and item data in ERP systems
- Identify and escalate supplier or supply risks as needed
- Ensure full compliance with Flowserve policies and procedures
Your Profile
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and data disciplined
- Ability to collaborate and influence across organizational levels
- Proficient in SAP, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of regional supply base and sourcing practices
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
