This candidate will perform tasks involved in the formation and administration of complex purchase orders, subcontracts, consulting agreements, and related invoices through coordination with internal project teams, corporate departments, and suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standard. Provides advanced support to facilitate the completion of Corporate Services requirements, such as vendor qualification and set-up, vendor insurance review, and vendor contract review. Conducts investigations and inquiries into complex problems, gaps, and opportunities, and coordinates across several functions, as necessary. This position requires a strong remote work etiquette ,high level of accuracy, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and collaborate effectively across departments, functions, and titles while working independently and under strict deadlines.
