Procurement Manager - Service Purchasing

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
01. DEPLOYEMENT OF STRATEGY, TACTICS AND VALUE CREATION:
- Understand the market, opportunities and threats related to Service purchasing.
- Define, even challenge of short-mid term needs of the internal partners of the perimeter.
- Apply the sourcing strategy defined by the category manager (some inputs given by the buyer) and the purchasing network.
- Make analysis and segmentation of the portfolio.
- Make tenders and negotiate : Request For Information, Request For Quote, Request For Price (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
- Decide sourcing tactics based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
- Define and deploy a sustainable short-mid term sourcing tactical, fulfilling internal partner's needs.
- Build contractual agreements.
- Teamwork with the contract manager for deployment and operational management of contracts.
- Identify opportunities such as supplier standardization, supplier rationalization for value creation process and progress.
02. RELATIONSHIP WITH INTERNAL/EXTERNAL PARTNERS:
- Manage key performance metrics of the portfolio.
- Define and manage progress plan with suppliers: Supplier Relationship Management, contract management.
- Capture innovation: Innovation With Suppliers cards (IWS), identify best practices in the industry through market exploration.
- Facilitate application of Purchase to Pay process by internal and external partners.
03. RISK MANAGEMENT:
- Evaluate/ anticipate risks and develop, implement mitigation action plans if needed.
- Solve claims (non conformities, problems of supply…) in case of need.
- Apply Sourcing to Contract and Purchase to Pay processes.
- Ensure data quality.
EXTERNAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree specialized in Engineering, Business Management / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Purchasing management imports, freight management, non industrial service procurement and supply chain.
- Knowledge in purchasing operations, Contract management, Inco terms, regulatory requirements (ex; BOI, Inland Revenue, Customs) for Export and import operations.
- Experience in ERP(SAP) system will be an added advantage.
- Ability to draft and negotiate a Contract/ terms with the Suppliers / Service Providers.
- Fluency in English Language.
- Expert knowledge in MS office applications specially in MS Excel and Power point.
