The Procurement Manager – Procurement Hub manages and administers a team responsible for a range of Source to Pay initiatives, including but not limited to: supplier master data related to price updates, catalog management and procure to pay services.
Responsibilities:
Partners with Global Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to implement and manage price change requests, including resolution of blocked invoices
Works with and supports the Global stakeholders on req to PO creation for indirect purchases
Support in case management tool to offer solutions and recommendations in the global procurement process
Aid in resolving Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order/Invoicing issues
Support Global Chemical team in gathering documentation related to alternative supplier approvals
Report generation for internal and client leadership
Participate and manage client, business, and supplier calls
Identify unique ways to implement process improvements to reduce cycle times
Reconcile engagements to ensure completion
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Maintain client, customer, and supplier relationships
Create presentation decks for internal procurement and business stakeholders
Identify process gaps in the business process
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain
5+ years of experience in master data, procurement, shared services, finance, supply chain operations or related field.
5+ years’ experience in a management or team leadership role
Experience with managing and delivering multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or Finance. Or in process of completing an advanced degree
Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills
Experience in SAP, GEP or other Source to Pay systems in a procurement or shared services environment
Experience in sourcing Indirect Procurement or supply chain management experience
