We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Procurement Manager to join our Global Procurement team. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Operations, this role will be instrumental in executing our procurement strategy and managing critical vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive and skilled negotiator who will take ownership of key procurement functions, driving the full vendor lifecycle from strategic sourcing to payment. This position is vital for enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting the team's strategic goals through expert procurement management.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy for indirect categories, with a focus on Technology, Professional Services, and Marketing.
Lead the full vendor lifecycle, including RFx processes, due diligence, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for negotiations and escalations.
Financial & Contract Oversight
Oversee all commercial and legal aspects of the contracting process, including drafting and negotiating Master Agreements, SOWs, and other contractual documents.
Provide financial oversight on procurement-related expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Manage vendor payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice validation and resolution of discrepancies.
Process Optimization & Leadership
Design, implement, and refine procurement policies and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
Serve as the subject matter expert on procurement, providing training and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other business units to ensure seamless and compliant procurement operations.
Experience & Qualifications:
5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within FinTech, Crypto, or High-Growth Tech.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience in cost tracking, financial reporting, and budget management.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Workday, Netsuite, etc), Procure-to-Pay software,
Advanced Excel skills to analyze spend data and forecast future budgetary needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, MCIPS).
Deep understanding of the SaaS and infrastructure landscape. Familiarity with the specific data needs of financial exchanges is a major plus.
Prior experience negotiating complex, multi-year contracts with major technology providers.
Experience with blockchain-specific vendors or decentralized infrastructure providers.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits. Offered salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
