Responsibilities:
Works with Process Development Engineers and Technicians to:
- Implement Lean Manufacturing activities in all jobs.
- Prepare and test new equipment, including TMPC and/or specific customer requirement.
- Assemble and improve automation equipment.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing production equipment.
- Conduct equipment training. Assist training the operators, and personnel with new processes, work instructions development, single point lessons.
- Participate on a Kaizen Team according to GROWTTH requirement.
- Utilize project management tools to determine scope of projects and track progress.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with controls & PLC programming languages
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong communication skills
- Troubleshooting and strong data analysis skills
- Commitment to field/career plan
- Good math skills
- Willingness to Learn
