Supervise the entire production process at Plant-1/2 to achieve optimal production levels and maximum quality within the specified production target limits.

Analyze trends in operating conditions and the results of previous and ongoing product analysis.
Identify potential process problems based on analysis of operating conditions and equipment conditions in the field.
Check the condition of Plant 1/2 and all equipment used, including related utilities.
Monitor tank level movements for raw materials, products, and by-products to ensure they are in accordance with desired standards.
Implement all regulations and change instructions related to operations at Plant 1/2.
Report all operating conditions through available forms and other media.
Maintain work synergy between related plants Ensure subordinates use safety equipment properly and correctly in carrying out their work.
Monitor a healthy and clean work environment in accordance with 5R1SQuM and ensure the plant is running safely.
Ensure emergency equipment in the area of responsibility is available.
Job Requirement :
Min Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Having min 3 years of working experience as Process Shift Leader at Oleochemical industries
Good in analytical thinking
Willing to be located in Medan - PT SOCI MAS
