Title: Senior Process Specialist

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

The Process Specialist reports to the Global Continuous Improvement Manager and has overall responsibility for working with project teams to improve and standardize processes across the Global PMO, to help optimize business processes and workflows. The Process Specialist will be responsible for conducting research and analysis, identifying areas of improvement, developing, and implementing solutions, and monitoring and evaluating the results.

Leadership and Management:

  • Leads activities to drive adoption of new process and procedures within the Global PMO.

  • Build relationships with a range of diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization to support the Global PMO strategy.

Operational Excellence & Performance Management:

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement in the Global PMO with a focus on increased productivity and overall success of the project teams.

  • Drive process improvement, efficiency, and innovation throughout the PMO

  • Implement improved processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the Global PMO, with focus on customer experience, streamlined procedures and faster time to deploy.

  • Manage the repository for standard global documentation and keep documentation current and up to date.

  • Create documentation of processes and improvements

  • Identify and implement ways to improve processes

  • Provides objective assessment of how a process performs and provides actionable steps to refine processes

  • Conducts ongoing analysis and review of processes

  • Uses lessons learned to improve processes across Global PMO

Global Collaboration and Partnership:

•            Build and maintain strong relationships with key functional partners across NCR Atleos to drive collaboration and alignment.

•            Develop and maintain governance and joint processes with other key functions in NCR Atleos

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of process management experience in the Banking/Software industry, ideally in international companies.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or finance, plus extensive business management experience to include Project Management, Services, Operations, and complex Program Management.

  • Track record of delivering transformational change.

  • Able to demonstrate prior experience of establishing and rolling out new cross-functional processes.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes with strong negotiation, written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to adapt to changing environments, priorities, and timelines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office™ and Microsoft Windows™ to perform daily tasks.

  • Familiarity with project management processes, plans and phases

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur, while also able to work independently.

  • Passionate about innovation, technology and driving positive customer experience.

  • Must be self-motivated, creative and can work closely in a team environment with other departments and individuals at all levels in the organization.

  • Capability to inspire and drive performance across global teams.
