As a Process Quality Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for

  • Supporting Cell and Quality team in daily auditing operations in packaging to ISO & BH standards

  • Partnering with Operational Leaders to assure Cell operations are smooth and in compliance with all applicable procedures

  • Recording findings in BH related tools

  • Publishing/monitoring quality metrics for observations/punch list found during the execution phases

  • Driving cross-functional improvement projects of operational processes, with lean methods, aimed to flawless execution, eliminating “waste” tied to the metrics of Escaping defects and Observations/PL

  • Leading quality Toolbox awareness in the shop.

  • Performing/driving NCA/RCA on observations/PL/escaping defects

  • Monitoring Quality programs execution and Quality indicators performance, such as weekly Defects reviews and quarterly QMR

  • Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Control processes.

  • Creating/reviewing Work instructions /procedures whenever needed for manufacturing processes.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and rotating equipment.

  • Have strong leadership skills

  • Have the ability to work in a global environment

  • Have excellent Functional/Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working skills.
