Do you thrive on making processes smarter, smoother, and more impactful? Imagine stepping into a role where your ideas shape how things work across a global supply chain, and your drive for improvement is valued every day. Welcome to Seco!
As a Process Improver, you’re at the heart of our organization. Designing and documenting process requirements, you make sure every step delivers real business value. Collaboration is key – working closely with managers, first-line agents, process owners, and global coordinators, you connect with teams across sales, distribution, production, finance, and more. You define sub-processes, set targets, and monitor key performance indicators to keep us moving forward. Training others, supporting process integration, and ensuring compliance with policies are part of your daily impact. When challenges arise, you’re the one who finds solutions, updates documentation, and drives continuous improvement.
The preferred location for this position is Fagersta, or at another Seco site globally. We offer you a hybrid work solution.
A university degree in administration, supply chain management, customer service or equivalent experience sets your foundation. You’re familiar with relevant IT tools, such as M3 and Enovia, while skills in QlikView and PowerBI are a plus. You bring a couple of years’ experience in similar roles, or you’re eager to learn and quick to absorb new information – demonstrated by past achievements. Knowledge of supply chain, project leadership, and hands-on experience resolving expectations with multiple partners are highly valued. Acting in a truly global environment calls for fluency in English, verbally and in writing.
Analytical and strategic thinking come naturally, and you’re comfortable handling uncertainty. Making decisions with quality and speed, you focus on results and never stop looking for ways to improve. Communication is one of your strengths, and you approach challenges with structure, persistence, and agility. Your transformative mindset – always seeking better ways rather than settling for the status quo – help you thrive in this role!
You join a team that’s passionate about making a difference. Working together with colleagues from supply chain, sales, production, and beyond, you help drive the continuous improvement that keeps us at the forefront of our industry. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, share, and contribute to our broader mission of shaping the future of manufacturing.
As part of a newly established Global Process Office, you work in a structure with clear governance, roles, and accountability. The team drives standardized processes, reliable insights, and continuous improvements – ensuring stronger collaboration, faster decisions, and a direct link between strategy and execution.
