As a Business Process Excellence Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating existing business processes related to service at MCG and developing, mapping, refining, and implementing new processes within the company. Additionally, this role will maintain frameworks for process governance and continuous improvement. The Business Process Excellence Analyst will primarily work with MCG staff to create comprehensive process documentation and build efficient, effective processes to ensure MCG delivers the best, most consistent customer service. This position will also facilitate and drive organizational change within an evolving software development environment.
You will:
• Work closely with cross-functional MCG teams to identify, document, and analyze business processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop cross-team processes to execute MCG business strategy.
• Lead current state process documentation and analysis initiatives, including identification of requirements, inputs, outputs, resources, and tasks.
• Analyze current business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to identify gaps, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Use appropriate measurement, analysis, and evaluation methods to accurately identify and document process improvements.
• Implement process improvements and new process designs to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify system and workflow infrastructure changes necessary to implement new processes.
• Identify key Stakeholders to participate in, review, and aid in process documentation, improvement, or development sessions.
• Support Manager Business Process Excellence in facilitating key project/kaizen initiatives.
• Build process diagram maps in Visio, LucidChart, and/or Draw.io; create process procedural text documents in Confluence; and occasionally develop end-user training materials in PowerPoint or Word.
• Document processes and identify issues, risks, and opportunities. Lead activities to resolve or mitigate issues. Communicate outcomes to stakeholders and, if necessary, escalate to leadership.
• Assist in the change management necessary to roll out new processes and, if needed, develop and deliver process training to internal teams.
• Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on documented processes and improvements to existing processes.
• Provide ongoing administrative support for the MCG Process Library, including enforcing governance policies and documenting process best practices.
• Assist Process Owners with setting process performance criteria and establishing regular monitoring and measurement methods.
Pay Range: $88,000 - 123,000
Other compensation: Bonus Eligible/ Commission Eligible
