Process Engineering Supervisor

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish a link between MEC and local process owner
  • Standardize processes and equipment
  • Ensure development and implementation of POS between factories
  • Perform POS control and monitoring
  • Consolidate and control the inventory status of equipment (active and inactive) in the factory at designated locations
  • Follow up the equipment purchasing process with customers and IMCIP team and achieve effective Opex facilitation
  • Ensure good communication and cooperation with Production Engineering Centers in Lisbon, Krakow and Wuppertal
  • Ensure good cooperation with ADP (Advanced Development Projects Europe) to obtain evaluations and expectations for different technologies that are in the development process
  • Actively attend various technical conferences with all Production Engineering Centers, as well as with CBU and customers, when necessary
  • Establish good cooperation between Method Lab and Process Engineering, in order to maintain consistency between product changes and production process
  • Good knowledge of customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with the established schedule, define and anticipate all possible risks
  • Ensure the implementation of procedures and instructions (Global, European and local) related to the part of the process to which they are assigned, according to DBS

Your Background

  • Minimum High school education, preferably University or Higher education
  • Knowledge of FMEA, LEAN methodology
  • Knowledge of quality management systems in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
