•Job Responsibility
••Define/optimize procedures to ensure smooth processing of production lots
••Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs including operator training
••Lead root cause analysis for defects and yield losses
••Provide disposition on lots with quality issues
••Support new product introduction and process qualification
••Analyze production data to identify process improvements
••Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost reduction and process improvement projects
••Perform change management including new material qualification
•Qualification
•Bachelor's or master's degree in electronic engineering or related field.
•Experiences in back grind or pre-assembly process at least 2 year
•Proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes using Lean Six Sigma.
•Proficiency in 10K cleanroom operations and backend power semiconductor processes.
•Strong skills in SPC tools, Cpk analysis, and DoE techniques.
•In-depth understanding of semiconductor failure analysis.
•Experience in preventive maintenance and processing documentation.
•Effective communication and organizational abilities.
•Proactive mindset with project management skills.
