Sujet : Développement d’une interface IA pour l’analyse et le suivi en temps réel des consommations de matières premières

Missions à confier :

Concevoir et déployer un outil digital intelligent permettant de :

• Suivre en temps réel la consommation réelle de peinture, durcisseur, diluant et solvants (incluant les données process, rinçages et déchets).

• Comparer cette consommation avec la consommation théorique définie dans la BOM SAP.

• Identifier les écarts de matière par batch de production, par shift et par référence.

• Déterminer automatiquement si les écarts proviennent d’une erreur dans la BOM (calcul théorique incorrect) ou d’un problème process (pertes excessives, essais fréquents, etc.).
