Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of engineering projects, including planning, modeling, and testing phases.Perform advanced technical analysis and calculations to support project design and decision-making.
- Oversee project execution, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and safety.Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to communicate project progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout project life cycles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in engineering roles, with demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in advanced design software, simulation tools, and engineering software.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards, Experience with project management methodologies and tools
