Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead the architectural design and development of wireless network systems and components, including 5G, LTE, and future wireless technologies.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of system requirements, performance, and scalability to ensure optimal network functionality.
* Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and research & development, to define technical specifications and project roadmaps.
* Oversee the testing, deployment, and optimization of wireless network solutions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide expert-level support, and implement effective resolutions.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in wireless communication, applying new knowledge to enhance company offerings.
* Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in wireless network design, development, and deployment.
* Proven expertise in 5G, LTE, and other wireless communication protocols and technologies.
* Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP), and security principles.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
* Experience with network simulation tools and test equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring technical teams.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
