1. Ensure that ASL involves the solution and improvement of SQVC process-related problems
2. Optimize the material flow and the layout of production units and equipment
3. Analyze and solve production problems, reduce and ensure that the production scrap rate meets the target
4. Optimize the process flow, ensure a stable process, and ensure the machine down time related process meet target
5. Optimize the reliability and stability of the POKAYOKE to ensure customer complaint meet target
6. Continuous improvement and cost savings of assembly line process
7. Engineering changes related to the product and related changes related to the process
8. Value stream analysis and continuous improvement
9. Improve and update processes, PFMEA, standard working hours,
operating procedures and complete relevant visual documentation
10. Early participation and evaluation of new process technologies to support new project development
Additional responsibility:
1. Focus on new variants integration and sample parts delivery
2. New product integration on current assembly line with machine supplier together.
3. Ensure the PTR/IRR and key milestone meet project targets.
4. Process map preparation for new project RFQ.
5. Scrap rate control during launch phase for new projects.
6. Other improvements for line robustness and effeciency and POKAYOKE effectiveness.
1. Bachelor degree / Major in Mechanical ;
2. Assembly and automation/programing/robot experience is preferred;
3. Assembly & Programing knowledge, Refer to skill matrix, robot experience is a plus;
4. English skills on speaking,reading,listening is a must, as lot of communication with Europe team, fluent speaking is mandatory.
5. Integrity, team player, result – oriented, Hand-on .
