Job Description

We are looking for a new member at our Espoo location to expand our talented and highly motivated multisite Manufacturing Engineering team and can offer you a great opportunity to broaden your knowledge and skills around X-ray detectors. As a Process Development Engineer, your primary task will be developing the cleanroom testing process. You will be responsible in process development of ASIC testing, X-ray detector (hybrid) testing and flip-chip bonding process.

Your role will include:

  • Improving/troubleshooting the ASIC/ X-ray detector probe station testing speed and reliability.
  • Improving/troubleshooting the flip-chip bonding process.
  • Documentation work for SOPs and work instructions. Conducting trainings for operators.
  • Supporting cleanroom facilities and equipment. Acquire and verify new equipment for production.

What we are looking for:

  • Good knowledge of Cleanroom process development.
  • Education background in semiconductor or other related science/engineering areas.
  • Good team worker.
  • Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks calmly under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Comfortable to work in Cleanroom environment and can handle chemicals.
  • Experience with ISO quality system is a plus.
