Process Automation Specialist

Job Description

To provide expertise, advise and deliver process and data design specifications by engaging with the required stakeholders to develop sustainable, innovative, flexible and efficient process and data modelling solutions for enhanced business service delivery.

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Identifying and designing business processes for automation
• Collaborating with team members to define business requirements for automated solutions.
• Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
• Designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using RPA/Automation using Python.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects in automated processes.
• Ensure the output data is accurate.
• Ensure system documentation is in place.
• Build dashboard reports on power Bi or reporting services for visibility.
• Experience with Databases and T-SQL, Power BI/ Reporting services, SQL Server

 

Qualification(s) and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process automation, RPA development, or similar roles.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of automation tools.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
