Job Description:

Focus: Sustainable bug fixing and self-service rate.

Location: Romania (Remote/Hybrid) Focus: Sustainability and Self-Service

Your Responsibilities:

  • Problem Management: Moderation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and tracking of corrective actions.

  • Knowledge Management: Responsibility for the internal and external knowledge base (Knowledge Centered Service).

  • Shift-Left: Identification of solutions that can be transferred from specialist support to self-service.

  • ServiceNow Design: Support in defining requirements for new automated service requests.

Your Profile:

  • Certified knowledge in ITIL Problem Management.

  • Editorial talent for creating easily understandable technical documentation.

  • Experience working with ServiceNow Knowledge Management modules.
