Private Client Sales Leader - Northern California

As Risk Strategies joins the Brown & Brown family, we are expanding our presence in Northern California and we are actively building a scalable Private Client Services (PCS) sales team designed for growth.

We are seeking a Private Client Services Sales Leader to drive expansion across the region by identifying growth opportunities, increasing producer capacity through strategic hiring, and accelerating cross-sell partnerships across the practice. This is a senior sales leadership role for a PCS professional who brings immediate credibility and understands how to grow sophisticated, relationship-driven personal insurance programs for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Strong producers and service teams are in place. The opportunity is to shape where and how PCS grows next in Northern California.

This Role is About:

PCS Growth & Expansion

• Identify geographic and market opportunities to expand Brown & Brown’s PCS footprint across Northern California

• Drive organic growth through strategic new business development and collaborative cross-sell efforts

• Partner closely with Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, Retirement, and Wealth teams to expand share of wallet

•  Driving disciplined use of CRM and pipeline analytics to inform growth decisions, hiring priorities, and cross sell opportunities

Talent & Capacity Building

• Recruit and attract high-caliber PCS producers to support regional growth

• Provide strategic direction and deal support to producers

• Serve as a leadership resource as the PCS practice scales

Client & Market Engagement

• Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, advisors, and centers of influence

• Maintain strong carrier and wholesaler relationships for complex PCS programs

• Represent Brown & Brown within the Northern California market and community

• Conveys strategy and expectations clearly to diverse audiences

What Sets You Up For Success

• Experience advising complex private clients, including family offices and specialty risk exposures

• Demonstrated ability to expand PCS business through hiring, collaboration, and opportunity identification

• Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating independently

• Collaborative across practices to drive cross-sell growth

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license; Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Established Northern California market relationships preferred

• Local travel as needed

Pay Range:

$180,000.00 - $200,000.00 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
