Details of the Division and Team:
Operations is responsible for driving the planning and the day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals.
Operations set the direction and manage performance to bank targets with a focus on continual performance improvement. Work includes:
Identifying and prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities and creating plans for implementation
Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business
Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk
Maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including regulators, market vendors and internal divisions
Communicating changes to operational requirements and their impact on relevant processes and controls

Your key responsibilities:
High level document completeness checks which includes signature verification etc.
Responsible for the scanning of client account documents into the internal DB system within the agreed SLA and tagging them accordingly to the appropriate categories.
Archiving, printing and sending out letters and documentation to clients
Any ad hoc task / project assigned by the supervisor
Your skills and experience:
Proven experience in an operations role in similar work environment
Basic analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem solving
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to details and good time management skills are essential.
Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the PB offering
Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
