Are you someone who can:
- Play a key role in delivering exceptional service and financial education to Private Clients—especially RMB clients—focused on foundational wealth creation and accumulation.
- Grow the vertical sales index (VSI) and strengthen client retention through smart, contextual Money Management principles.
- Understand and position the full suite of financial solutions within the business, and support profit growth by effectively managing leads while consistently delivering high‑quality work on time.
You’re the ideal candidate if you:
- Hold an FAIS‑accredited NQF Level 7 Degree or NQF Level 8 postgraduate qualification in areas such as BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics.
- Have an RE5 Regulatory & Compliance Certificate.
- Possess a CFA designation (preferred but not essential).
- Have completed the required Class of Business (COB) training.
- Bring 3–5 years’ experience in a sales or service role within a financial services environment i.e. Banking, Insurance, Investments with Sales & Services.
