  • To provide a costing output for new business tenders, cost out, existing, or new product development, and all other quotes for products in order to ensure that the Divisions takes the correct decisions operationally and commercially.
  • To provide insightful support to Key Account Managers, Head of Sales and Commercial Director in order to decide what price to offer to a customer based on the analysis provided and based on independent views on facts and figures.
  • To support Contracts Team with financial analysis and prepare quarterly open book costing updates.
  • To monitor margin policy, price escalation rules and ensure the finance authorities matrix are followed. Also that final price offer shared with customers are correctly reflected in internal tools (ie. running offer file) and once business is won review if correct price is maintained in the SAP price list.
  • To maintain costing system for Unit Dosing and Powders in all production plants (ie. YNSC/YSTD costing runs, moving average prices check, cost set check, BOM check, etc).
  • Enable profitability and growth through support to Marketing Managers, providing financial analysis and what if scenarios.
  • Provide support to Finance Business Partners through preparation of the benchmarks analysis and overview of situation ‘now’ vs ‘future’.
  • Review and provide insights to the Customer P&L and its drivers, together with recommendations on how margins can be improved going forward and what is the long term trend.
  • Continually strive to make improvements in finance and wider business processes through automation, simplification, better insight or improved financial control. Always challenge status quo and provide the business with more robust solutions.
  • Supporting implementations of new systems which the company may be implementing in the future.
  • To provide any ad hoc support based on the requirements from the Commercial team, Finance team or Unit Dosing/Powders leadership team.

  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • SAP Finance and Commercial modules
  • Understanding of Commercial processes and their financial impact
