Responsible for implementing, improving, supporting and leading the processes, strategies, communications and tools for the Strategic Sales Support organization to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage. Must have a thorough knowledge of the technical organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong business background.

What you'll do

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Analysis & Reporting: Develop & maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards sourcing data from Snowflake and other internal systems.  Identify performance gaps, develop visuals that clearly communicate results, and recommend solutions.

  • Internal Process Design & Implementation: Define, design and implement processes to improve contacting, ordering, and billing processes for customers, sellers, and support teams. 

  • Project Management & Financial Oversight: Collaborate w/ business & technology partners and vendors to drive projects to online implementation.  Track expense and development budgets as well as savings and present options for additional optimization

  • Planning & Strategy: Manage roadmaps internal to Contracting COE and in partnership w/ Technology Partners.  Communicate initiatives and outcomes to the COE and partners.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science or Business.
  • 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
