WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial and Service Operations, the role is responsible for managing complex projects with an impact on both the Sofia BU line and on the interaction of the latter with corporate functions or other market units.
The role partners with the Directors of the BU, securing the alignment and coordination among the contributors to the project initiatives, being they customer projects or initiatives related to the internal organization of the BU
Besides the Sofia business, internal project initiatives involve the interaction with SimCorp internal stakeholders and the governance of third party providers. Hence, in addition to the Sofia expertise, the role requires strong ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.
With reference to the Sofia business, the seniority of the role secures the coverage of different key roles in the client engagement, including project management, program management, relationship management and service executive
